Indoors

A few months ago a friend of mine was annoyed that someone corrected her son on the way he pronounced a word and he no longer said it that way.
I’m starting to get it. Here's a post on the cute things the boys say and I never correct:

James:
Together toever: together forever
When I was four I... (like it was a long time ago)
Hosipal: hospital

Mike: James, what do you have to do for chickens every day?
James: Try to chase them. And get their eggs.

Daniel:
Dan: Yook!
Mike: I'm yooking.

Tend: pretend
Gunnie: gonna
No: snow (he doesn't say his s's-- and I love it)
Dik: stick
Is: are (we is ready. These is hot wheels).
Beebee: baby
Eyebrown: eye brow
Hand cuts: hand cuffs
"Silly me"

"My pet. In its tree nest.
I'm getting busy. And some milk." (Dan says “I’m getting busy” when he’s getting tired)

Mom: Daniel, do you know you're a babe?
Dan: I no a baby. And no pig.

"I did do a plant face."
"Baby did almost break my arm off."

Andrew:
He may not be talking yet, but he is one funny kid!
His accomplishment of the week is climbing stairs...
The kid doesn’t crawl yet. He could, if he wanted to. He just doesn’t see a need for it as his gimpy army crawl suits him just fine.
However, when there’s a will, there’s a way. At first I thought his brothers were carrying him up the stairs, but he quickly proved me wrong as he tore his way up our stairs no problem. He's surprisingly cautious and has only had one real tumble.

  1. I love the pictures but I LOVE the cute little sayings and "mistakes" that you've captured. Adorable!
