Ever since going to the Ogden Temple open house and seeing the 12 oxen at the baptismal font, Andrew and Daniel now associates temples to cows. Daniel was drawing a picture of the temple for cousin Andrew on his mission and he started drawing cows. I was really confused and when I asked him about cows he said, "ya, like the cows with the water." Eventually I was able to put two and two together. Additionally, Andrew now says "moo" anytime we drive past or see a picture of a temple.
Prayers: Andrew is talking! Saying prayers is what broke down the speech barrier. We never asked Andrew to say prayers because all he did was grunt and point. But, one evening, Mike asked him to help say the dinner prayer, and he totally did! He is saying all kinds of words in his prayers-- and he says them really well. I love his cute little voice and the way he says his words. His most recent, is saying "Doodoo" for his name. He likes it because it's easy and the boys really get a kick out of it.
Soccer teams: Green dragons. Red snakes.
