If you look closely, you can see a piece of broccoli in between Daniel's two front teeth :) The boys have discovered broccoli this week and LOVE it! For the first time, we might just finish an entire bag from Costco before it goes bad. They've also been eating lots of cooked carrots. Yay! Usually all they want is bread.
James is so good with Andrew. We knew he would be, I guess I didn't expect Andrew to respond so well to him. There have been a few times where I've put him down to do something, he'll start crying, and James will work his magic by calming him down for a few minutes. One day James walked in the door, went straight to a crying Andrew, and instantly calmed him down. The boys kiss him and hug him all day long, and I think Andrew misses the noise, commotion-- and them, when his brothers aren't home.
Photo Shoot #3: hahaha, I took these on my front porch! I've had several attempts at getting pictures of my newborn inside, and even when our bedroom is at the peak sunlight of the day, the pics are still not right. Maybe I need to get an external flash or something. Anyway, while Ama took the boys to the library, I played with my doll by giving him a bath and taking pics. I'm sure I looked like a total dork carrying my newborn in a basket around my front porch, but thankfully the school traffic had just ended and I don't recall any cars/ neighbors driving past. This little guy was so good! It was a bit windy (when isn't it at our house?) and he had to have been cold. I love my boys!!!
BTW: Mike, James, and Daniel are at the Father/ Sons campout right now until tomorrow morning. It's so quiet and I have my baby all to myself! I think this time last year I mentioned that this campout should happen more than once a year-- I still believe that. I'm just glad they timed it over Mother's Day weekend this year. Happy Mother's Day to Me!!
