35 Weeks and Counting :)

Worries that have crossed my mind in the last 60 seconds:

-We still don't have any idea what we're naming the kid. Any suggestions???

- I better take it a little easier. We (just hacked into my mom's email) and learned that she doesn't get home until Wednesday of next week. Yesterday, with my sister's help, I cooked my first meal in a month and I haven't been nearly as careful as I have been previously...
Bummer, guess I'll have to postpone the laundry and read another book :)

- James goes in for surgery first thing tomorrow morning. He is having his tonsils and adenoids removed, plus he's having tubes put in his ears. We would've done tubes years ago except I thought he had to meet an annual ear infection quota to qualify. Apparently, fluid in the ears in reason enough and listening to the little guy speak (along with testing) is evidence of that.

- What if the boy's wake up in the next hour thinking that the night's still young? They are so tired and they fell asleep in the car on the way home from watching conference at Mike's parents' house. That was at 6:30 pm.
I suppose we can always close all the blinds and pretend like it's the middle of the night?

That's really about it :) Grateful to have reached another week of pregnancy and for the help we are still receiving. Loved watching conference this weekend. A favorite quote came from Elder Halek in the Sunday afternoon session:
Wise parents teach their children how to live without them.

  1. You know I love the name Thomas. My great grandfather was William Thomas Stewart. They always called him Tommy. My dad's next older brother was Thomas Marion Stewart. He was my favorite uncle of all my dad's brothers. Don't you like the Marion too?
Both of these men were stalwarts in the church and were wonderful men, fathers, uncles, bishops, husbands and so forth!!
    I can't think of a better name.
