I first acquired my love for chocolate mint fudge at Thanksgiving Point shorty after I had James. I found a recipe I like and this is now the 3rd year that I've made it for our neighbors. I usually double the recipe but this year I had the brilliant idea to quadruple it. Luckily Mike got me a kitchen scale a few months ago, which had been collecting dust until I had the brilliant idea to weigh the batch:
9.86 pounds of fudge.
