  • Swimming most days
  • Bike rides to Snow Canyon
  • Mikey taking 6th in his Mountain Bike race, beating last year's time, and beating his friend by a couple minutes
  • Playing in the sand at our Condo
  • Our Condo-- it was so nice!
  • The 3rd bedroom we named the garage because it stored our bikes and stroller
  • Seeing polygamists at Cafe Rio-- that's the trendy place for all the yuppie blonde housewives to eat at in AF
  • Eating at the Pizza Factory twice
  • Playing at McDonald's 4 nights in a row
  • The elliptical at the clubhouse
  • How the boys slept the entire night through the last two nights
  • Movies on the iPad during the car ride there and back
  • The gorgeous and Wonderful weather we enjoyed all week long!
  • Walking the temple grounds at night
  • Visiting historical downtown and Brigham Young's winter home
  • 25 on Main-- if I were to start a restaurant it would be like that one (panini, pasta, salads, pizza, and cupcakes)
  • The firetruck ride at the desolate mall
  • The day the boys fell asleep while watching cartoons
  • Grilling dinner outside in February
  • Spending a whole week together with Daddy not working!

  3. Um. Yes. We got very tired! Hence why we spent most evenings staring into nothingness while our boys went wild and crazy at the McDonald's play place. Also, why we plopped them in front of cartoons until they passed out, wandered the mall until they were tired enough to fall asleep on the car ride back, and spent lots of time at the park sitting while they played. Very tiring and lots of work-- reinforced our idea of taking a couple vacation next time!

  4. Sounds like a great week. You rest after vacations. I love the winter home. Another restaurant to try is the Bear Claw on Main street. Has the most wonderful breakfasts and great lunches. I don't believe it does dinners.
Your boys sure look great in their shorts. Congrats to Mike on beating his time!
    Love, Grandma

  5. Sounds like a fun (and familiar) time. You know I live in St. George. Next time take a night off from McDonald's and have your two boys come play with my three boys :)
