Mike and I were able to go on a date! HOORAAY!
We have been so lucky to have my mom living with us for a couple of months while in transition between houses. She will be closing on a house 8 minutes from us, and though we are super glad that she will be so close and I'm sure she is super glad that she will be in her own place, we will miss her and all of her help.
Friday was actually like our 4th date together since having Daniel. Let's see, Los Hermanos, the temple then dessert at Kneaders, a long bike ride, and now this: a ward dance to a live band. It was super duper fun to get out and away from responsibities of kids and to just enjoy one another like we did before. Plus, who doesn't love a good dance in the cultural hall!?
The last picture James is in because he was so cute and he was outside waving us on our way... meanwhile Daniel was upstairs sleeping.
You two are a wonderful couple and glad you got to go out and 'boogie'! :-)
