Swine Flu?

James and I have been sick. On Friday I woke up with a cough, sore throat, and runny nose. Because swine flu is going around our neighborhood and city like crazy and because I'm a paranoid pregnant mom, I went in and got the lovely swab test (they stick this cotton swab all the way up your nose and into the sinus cavity--it made me puke afterward). Luckily, the results were negative. James got whatever junk I had and so we both just bummed around the house for a few days.

I thought these little sick pictures of James were especially adorable... the last picture is of Mikey packing up our formal dining room that we've used twice and moving the home office into that room so that we can have a play room upstairs. The reality of parenthood continues to set in as we continually make changes to make our home more kid friendly.
