Day 8: Exercise

Here's a quote I read just this morning in my Runner's World magazine:

Just walk. If you start out walking slowly for 10 minutes, it's very likely that you'll feel good enough to run segments of a minute or two later on. Even if you don't run a step, the walk will burn calories and improve how you feel (p 43).

I'm grateful to be able to get outside and exercise.


Here's a picture of us at our 1st triathlon together. We raced on Saturday and LOVED it!!!
