Mother's Day

My first Mother's Day and what a wonderful day it was! It started with Mike waking me up and handing me a card. Inside was a memory card and a clue that sent me to the fireplace. There I found a battery pack and a clue that sent me outside to the garden. At the garden I found a camera case and a clue that sent me inside to the dining table. And what was on the table? But an upgraded version of the very camera I've been coveting since January but didn't think I'd get for a long time. I'm not typically one for surprises, but this was a total surprise and totally exciting! Not only was that an awesome gift but I am such a kid and love treasure hunts!! I just thought that was so creative and thoughtful--and fun. Awesome job, Lovesies!

So, here are a few of the pictures I've taken with it and I love them! Sorry I haven't been updating my blog much--as many of you know I had to go back and finish up the school year-- so I've been putting off most of the essentials. Should be better in June:)
